The Landscapes Collection

My universe feels lopsided until I walk each day and so my world is righted when I trek into our neighbouring ravines. This connection to halos of green is grounded in the weekly family hikes on the Bruce Trail around Owen Sound. Just as nature is so tactile, so too is the Encaustic medium. The wax can be curled, scratched and carved to replicate sand, rocks, foliage and bark.
